Meri White is a white, powdered, egg substitute, which can be used for making royal icing and meringues.

Ingredients:
WHEAT starch; dried EGG albumen; sugar; modified starch; acidity regulators: calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid; dextrose; stabiliser: guar gum.
