Dusting brushes are ideally used for applying color accent to your cakes. These soft, synthetic bristles are food-safe. That large brush can be used to dust large surfaces or flowers. The small brush should be used applying small details to you decorations or creating shading effects. Dust your edible creations with Color Dust and Pearl Dust (sold separately).
