Sugarflair Chocolate Colouring Paste -GRAPE/ VIOLET

This oil-based food colouring has been designed to work specifically with chocolate, using high-quality organic ingredients. Sugarflair chocolate colouring is perfect to use if applying a theme to decorating, achieving a professional finish.

For best colour results use with white chocolate. This product goes a long way, only needing 6g of the colouring per kilo of chocolate.

Use to mix into, or paint onto chocolate. Perfect for creating transfer sheers and moulds. To use: Remove the lid, and place in the microwave on full power (8w) for 1 second intervals until the product has started to melt.
